A VERY SOLID ARIZONA VEHICLE!
First here is a very solid Arizona Classic
Ford Pick Up Truck. Overall the condition
is very good. The truck is daily driver and
very dependable. Mostly an original truck
this would be a great truck to restore, to
customize, or even to drive just the way it
is, because the price is right to do anything
you want to this truck!

1. Approximately 125,000 - Odometer
reads 24861 - therefore we assume it has
rolled over.

2. Ford V-8 390 cubic inch with a 2 Barrel
Carburetor - runs great!

3. Automatic Transmission - shifts great!

4. Power Steering - nice and very tight,
goes straight down the road!

5. Tires are good.

6. Brand New Windshield.

7. No Air Conditioning.

8. Brand New Seat Cover.

9. Paint Job is not a show car, presentable
everyday use.

10. Body condition - Arizona Desert Truck,
very solid with no rust. Of course there
are a few minor dings.

11. Longbed - some very minor rust in the
backside quarter panels and in the bottom
corners of the tailgate. (See Photos)
Obviously this has been a work truck and
the bed does have indentation dings. (See
Photos)

GENERAL DISCUSSION
Do you remember when Fords use to
start with a touch of the Starter? This
one normally does that!

With no A/C Compressor load and a 2bbl
Carb this Engine has never has a real load
on it and is very smooth and sweet.

The Transmission shows no signs of
weakness, I believe this Truck has been
well maintained.

The Tie-Rods & Joints are all very tight,
Double I-Beam Front Suspension.

The Points & Condenser (spare set in the
glove box) make for easy Tune-Ups and
you never have to worry about the cost or
extreme inconvenience of blown computer.

The doors close snugly & very easily. The
rubber weatherstripping gaskets are soft
and complete.

I intended to install a Longbed Topper on
this Truck and travel in it. Unfortunately
my long legs on my 6'3" body are just too
long to be comfortable while driving in it.
So ... even though I love the style and
reliability of this Truck is now For Sale.

ATTENTION NEEDED
1. The Radio has been removed, speakers
remain installed in the doors.
2. The Truck prefers to warm up before
driving, presumably the Carburetor &
Auto-Choke needs attention. After
warmed up it is a sweet thing to drive.
3. The Horn System has probably
malfunctioned in the past and has been
rewired with a side column button.
4. The Headliner in the Cab could use
some attention, although is quite solid,
needs a new surface to be attractive.
Looking at it, it is actually quite ugly, not
at all in keeping with the rest of the nice
interior.
That is it folks! This is a very good
running solid Arizona Truck and worth
every penny.
